Box Score INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- On the last day of the ITA Indoor Championships, the Argonauts drop their match to a tough No. 3 seed Saint Leo team. The Argos now have a 2-2 record on the season and finished in fourth place in their third appearance at the ITA Indoor Championships.
The Argonauts came in as the No. 5 seed and defeated the No. 4 seed Hawaii Hilo on the first day, but dropped their second match to the No. 1 seed Barry University.
In doubles, West Florida won two out of the three matches against the Lions.

Albin Ekenros had an impressive start as the No. 2 position winning the match 6-4.
Bernardo Costa and
Pedro Cordeiro picked up the other doubles victory winning 7-6 from the No. 3 position to secure the Argos doubles points.
Unfortunately, the Lions swept the singles matches, but not without a tough fought battle from the Argos.
Juan Cabrera went back and forth with the Lions Nicolas Bacella. The close 3-3 match went unfinished due to the Lions securing the point.
In the No. 4 position,
Salvador Bandeira fought hard, but ended up dropping the match in a tiebreaker 2-6, 6-2, 5-2.
The Argos finish 1-2 on the weekend and will head back from their third ITA Indoor Championship.
West Florida men's tennis will be back in action in Montevallo, Ala. to take on the Montevallo Falcons on March 5.
