TEMPE, Ariz. - Diego Duran and Sebastian Rondon have received some more recognition for their work together last season and this fall season as they are ranked No. 2 in the preseason ITA DII Men's Tennis Doubles Rankings and No. 1 in the preseason South Regional Rankings.
 
The pair put together a 7-1 record last season, including wins in the GSC regular season title-clinching victory over No. 2 Valdosta State, against No. 5 Columbus State and in the GSC Semifinals against Mississippi College. Last month, they won the ITA South Regional Men's Doubles Championship, advancing to the ITA Cup, where they fell in the semifinals.
 
In singles, Duran also placed No. 22 nationally and No. 4 in the South Region. Albin Ekenros is No. 43 nationally and No. 12 regionally. Denilso Martinez is also ranked at No. 13 in the region.
 
On the women's side, Carlota Verdu is No. 38 in the national rankings and No. 8 in the South Region. Aline Midori Da Silva is No. 11 regionally. Also, Verdu and Sandra Recuenco Tarin are No. 10 in the region in doubles.
