PENSACOLA, Fla. – UWF Cross Country is set and ready to go for the 2025 Gulf South Conference Champions, hosted by Shelby Farm Park in Memphis, Tenn. 
 
The women will run first in the 6K beginning at 8:00 AM CT followed by the men's 8K at 8:45 AM CT. The awards ceremony will begin at 9:45 AM CT. The GSC conference will announce the awards for Runner of the Year, Freshman of the Year, Coach of the Year, Champion Scholar of the Year, and the All-GSC teams. 
 
The first ten finishers for each are are selected as the first team, with 11-20 making second team. 
 
UWF women's cross country is currently ranked no. 7 in the NCAA South Region and finished 4^th overall at the event last year in Clinton, MS. The men also placed fourth in the GSC last year.
