NORMAN, Okla. – UWF men's golf coach Steve Fell has earned the 2025 Golf Pride Grips South Region Coach of the Year honor as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of American on Tuesday afternoon.

Fell led the Argos to its third National Championship just two weeks ago at PGA National, defeating Colorado Christian University in a playoff hole.

During the season UWF won four tournaments including the Gulf South Conference Championship for the 21^st time in program history.

Fell has led the Argos for 30 seasons.
