LAKE WORTH, Fla. - The UWF women's golf team sits in seventh place following the first two rounds of play at the Palm Beach Intercollegoiate Monday.

UWF shot consecutive rounds of 315 on the par 72 The Falls Club.

Freshman Alia Scotka is tied for ninth after posting rounds of 74-75. She made seven birdies to lead the team tie for the most among the field.

Junior Ronja Taipale is in 30 position with a 78-81=159, just ahead of teammates Kenzie Heba and Payton Pacheco. They are tied for 34th with a 161 total.

Freshman Alegria Lopez is in 39th place with a 169 score.

Tuesday's final round begins at 8 a.m. Eastern Time.
