Pensacola, Fla. --- Announced in August, former Argonaut player Patricia "Patchy" Toledo was named head coach for the U.S under-16 women's youth national team.
Toledo attended the University of West Florida from the 2003-04 – 2006-07 school year to play four seasons with the Argos. During her four years, she played in 70 games with the 04' season being a three-game season. Toledo scored 34 goals and was awarded 25 assists to tally for a total of 93 points in her career. 34 points came in her junior year as she had a UWF career-high of 12 goals and 10 assists in 24 games and earned NCAA DII All-South Region honors her senior year.
The Brazil native will begin training camp with the U-16 WYNT in October and work closely with the U-17 WYNT and U-15 WYNT head coaches.
