The first race of the 2024 UWF cross country season has been clocked, and the Argos showed out at the University of North Alabama Invitational in Florence, AL!

Coach Caleb Carmichael sits down with freshmen Sydney Orth to discuss her first race as an Argo, where she set a PR in the five kilometer race and placed second among UWF runners, helping UWF finish third as a team out of nine schools.
