PHOENIX, Ariz. - The UWF men's tennis team (15-1, 5-1 GSC) is atop the ITA National DII Rankings for a third straight week. The Argos are coming off two straight ranked road wins this week, taking down GSC foe No. 25 Lee in Cleveland, Tenn., via a 7-0 sweep and No. 21 North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga., 5-2. They are back home now and looking for a third straight ranked regional win against No. 33 Columbus State tomorrow at 2 pm. Recaps for this week's action will be released after the CSU match.

Holding an 11-2 record in singles and just having dropped a matchup for the first time since February 14,
Sebastian Rondon is up to No. 10 in the National Singles Rankings.
Miguel Cabrera is close behind at No. 12 with a 9-2 ledger.
Sebastian Sotelo comes in at No. 41 with a 12-2 record and
Diego Duran wraps up the ranked quartet at No. 47 standing at 10-2.Â

Rondon and Duran are standing strong at No. 4, proving themselves time and again to be one of the toughest outs at the top of doubles lineups in DII men's tennis. Entering the National Doubles Rankings for the first time this season is
Sebastian Sotelo and
Tomas Leston with a 10-1 record, yesterday's matchup at UNG providing the lone loss on their shared record.Â

For their part, women's tennis (8-5, 4-2 GSC) comes in at No. 30 in the ITA National DII Rankings after earning their first win since March 7 in a 4-3 upset victory over No. 7 North Georgia in Dahlonega yesterday. With their own matchup versus No. 24 Columbus State at home tomorrow at 2 pm, more details on this week's action will be released following that contest.

Aline Midori Da Silva climbs up to No. 40 in the National Singles Rankings owning a 9-3 overall record. In the Doubles Rankings,
Carlota Verdu and
Sandra Recuenco move up a spot to No. 10 with a 9-3 record overall and currently on a four-match winning streak.
