LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Argos are back in the national rankings, landing at No. 13 in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Coaches Poll announced Tuesday morning. 
 
 It is the highest ranking the Argos have received in the NFCA Coaches Poll since March of 2022 when they were ranked 11^th. They were last ranked in the poll in early May of last year, placing 24^th after defeating AUM in the GSC Championship.
 
UWF began the season with two sweeps over Nova Southeastern and then No. 23 Barry before going 3-1 at the Chattanooga Invitational including a win over now No. 6 West Texas A&M. their 9-1 start is one of the best in program history dating back to digital records on GoArgos.com in 2006.
