Elizabeth Kinter Stewart competed as an outstanding athlete on the UWF women’s soccer team from 1991-1994. A Washington High School graduate, she played four years and lettered in varsity women’s soccer. In 1987 and 1988, she was voted Most Valuable Player and competed on the All-Tournament and All-State Team and scored the first goal for the UWF women’s soccer team. She was voted Most Valuable Midfield and between 1991 and 1994, carried out eighteen assists. She introduced exceptional new strengths to the women’s soccer team and contributed to the developing reputation and talents of West Florida athletics.
