Lisa Robinson played softball at West Florida from 1986-1988 and proved herself to be an exceptional athlete. Robinson brought numerous awards of achievement to the university and contributed in placing the UWF Softball Program on the map. She played second base and came to West Florida from Pavo, Ga. She was also a two-time NAIA All-American recipient and the first All-American from UWF in softball. She played on the NAIA All-Tournament team in 1987 and was team captain for two years. By 1988, she was still second basemen and the assistant coach. She graduated in 1988 in Criminal Justice. Since she graduated, her number 15 has been retired.
